Revolutionary America Reading Challenge

Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with a Journey Through the Revolution — One Colony at a Time

In 2026, the United States commemorates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. To mark this historic year, I’m inviting readers, book clubs, educators, and libraries to join me for a special yearlong event:

The Revolutionary America Reading Challenge

A literary journey through the American Revolution — colony by colony, story by story.

Over the past eighteen years, I’ve written a standalone novel set in each of the original thirteen colonies and beyond, bringing to life the everyday people who experienced the Revolution firsthand. These are stories of farmers, artisans, enslaved and formerly enslaved individuals, Native communities, immigrants, Loyalists, Patriots, soldiers, and civilians whose voices are too often overlooked.

Now, you can explore their world with me.
