Indie Press Writers' Conference
Writers and aspiring authors are invited to attend the Indie Press Writer's Conference from 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday, April 21, at the Port Orford Public Library, 1421 Oregon St. in Port Orford.
The all-day engagement features presenters from around the state of Oregon, including author Christine Roney; author and owner/operator of Brief Candle Press Lars D.H. Hedbor; author and publisher Erin Ritch of No Wyverns Publishing; and more. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the Port Orford Library.
The event kicks off with a pre-conference at 9 a.m. Those attending are invited to bring their manuscripts and have an editor proof their work and receive valuable feedback. Pre-conference tickets are $10, with 25 slots available.
